With a new year comes a new social media campaign. The Beta Upsilon chapter launched its new website on January 7, 2013. The modern look and updated content is just the beginning of the new image for the chapter. The fresh look didn’t stop there, updating the Facebook page, Twitter account, and reviving the LinkedIn group was all just the next steps in a long awaited modernization of the chapter’s media.

These updates were done to reconnect the numerous forms of social media as well as to update the content. The chapter intends to use these updates to help generate support for its social, philanthropic, and athletic events. The main goal is to enhance the chapter’s image both within the Bradley University community as well as across all of AEPi. The Beta Upsilon chapter continues to grow and work towards national distinction. This re-imaging campaign is the first of many steps towards that goal.

New stories and spotlights will begin to appear across the various media platforms. An all new Brother of the Month (BOM) program aims to highlight the achievements and contributions of a single brother during a particular month. The BOM program among others will help invigorate supporters and move the chapter in the right direction towards becoming an elite chapter of AEPi.

This revitalization comes just months before Beta Upsilon plays host to more than 30 chapters and 450+ members of Alpha Epsilon Pi for the 2013 Midwest Regional Conclave. The conclave comes to Bradley on February 15-17 2013. This opportunity is just the break that the chapter needs to step into the national spotlight.
