The Beta Upsilon Chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity was founded in 1949 by Abner I. Klein and became the 45th AEPi Charter. The first seven initiates of Beta Upsilon were Howard April, Jerome Kassel, Milton Cooper, Stan Okun, Jerald Goldsmith, Don Gable and Abby Siegal. The original house was located at 1107 N. University. Our current residence was the first fraternity house built on Greek row, Fredonia, on September 24, 1961. After a short closure, the Beta Upsilon Chapter went through reorganization in 1997. Today, our Chapter continues to expand and thrive.
